DH Home Inspection is locally owned and operated by one man - you guessed it, Dan Hicks. Being a non-franchised, solo-inspector means you are getting the best inspector, not an inexperienced employee.

DH Home Inspections is fully owned and operated by Dan Hicks. When you schedule a home inspection Dan will be the one crawling under your home and investigating your potential purchase. You can rest assured knowing that you won’t be sent “the new guy” to inspect your home like some of the nationally-owned franchised home inspection companies. Being the sole owner, Dan has the flexibility to adapt and grow his business as he sees fit.

Dan has a long standing reputation throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties as an excellent home inspector. He’s lived in Lynden for over 20 years and is familiar with Whatcom and Skagit Counties from his years as a contractor and home inspector.
